These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PrarambhADX (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

You agree not to: misuse the Service to distribute malware or attack our systems; scrape or bulk-extract data beyond normal personal use; submit content you do not have the right to submit; or use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (resumes, profile details, code submissions, and similar). By using the Service, you grant PrarambhADX a limited license to process, store, and display that content back to you as needed to provide the features you use - roadmap generation, resume export, coding judgement, and similar.

Roadmaps, quiz questions, interview questions, coaching tips, and similar content are generated with AI assistance based on the information you provide. This content is intended as guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome (including job offers, interview results, or career progression), and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment alongside it.

Job listings shown on the Service are sourced from third-party job APIs and company career pages and are provided for convenience. PrarambhADX does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing, and applying to a job may take you to that employer's own site, which has its own terms.

Core features of PrarambhADX are available at no cost. If and when paid plans are introduced, their pricing and terms will be presented clearly before purchase, and this section will be updated accordingly.

The Service itself - its design, code, branding, and underlying technology - is owned by PrarambhADX. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is needed to use the Service as intended.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On account deletion, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any roadmap, resume suggestion, or job match will lead to a specific outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrarambhADX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date below when we do, and for material changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify you directly.
